The Flex Pool RN is critical to the successful operation of our 5 hospitals - Arrowhead Hospital, Paradise Valley Hospital, Phoenix Baptist Hospital, Maryvale Hospital and West Valley Hospital. The Flex Pool RN offers 2 levels of work commitments BASIC: Works at a designated Abrazo Hospital a minimum of 4 shifts per 4 week schedule, 2 of those shifts must be worked on a weekend.
